Greg Higgins - Water Works Product Manager
Western Nevada Supply has been a part of Greg’s life as for as long as he can remember. His Dad, Bill Higgins, started WNS with Jack Reviglio in 1964 when Greg was just 4. Greg started working at WNS, as a teen working in the yard, continuing in various departments in a variety of positions through present day. Greg attended Our Lady of the Snows Catholic School for his primary school education and then Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. Greg graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1981 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Forestry. After graduation Greg made the decision to join the family business permanently and started working in plumbing sales, doing both in house sales and “on the road” sales for the Winnemucca area as well as the mining industry and later the Mammoth Lakes and Bishop, CA areas. In 2002 he started the Industrial Division and ran that department for 3 years. In 2005, with the retirement of Tom Reviglio, he moved into the Water Works Department and in 2020 was promoted to Water Works Division Manager. Through his many years at WNS Greg has come to be a wealth of knowledge regarding most any subject on the Blue Team. One of the many strengths Greg brings to the company is that he is completely dedicated to Western Nevada Supply and their customers. He works tirelessly to ensure that every order is taken care of in the customers best interest, in keeping with the WNS motto “customer first.” Greg is married to Jeannine, his wife of 38 years, and is the father of five children, all of whom have worked for WNS at some point in their lives. Greg and his wife Jeannine are grandparents to two grandsons.
Greg enjoys being a part of Western Nevada Supply’s continued growth and its place in the community, living his father’s legacy, at a company that believes in making a profound impact and giving back. He too believes in giving back and supports the community not only through WNS but also with his personal involvement in many community organizations.
